We have a full time pastor and an eldership team that set the spiritual direction for the church. Activities and events are overseen by the team members responsible for their ministry area. Many people are involved in helping to run the different activities on Sundays and during the week, like many churches we have both paid staff and unpaid voluntary assistance.

As a registered charity in the UK we have a team of trustees who look after the financial and legal side of the trust. The Trustees are made up of four members of the church, one of whom is also an elder.

Pastor Steve is married to Ali and they have three young children. He has been a member of Christian Life Centre for twenty years. Previous to his appointment as pastor he spent ten years working as a chaplain at a centre for refugees, asylum seekers and those with immigration issues. Steve regularly visits Uganda where he helps run an orphanage and school project with the charity Friends Reaching Out.

Paul is married to Justine and they have two teenage children. He has attended the church for over twenty years, and has been involved with the leadership for much of that time, including the worship team. He works in London & New York as a technologist for a financial data and news company. He and Justine have been involved with the charity Habitat for Humanity, helping build houses with people seeking to replace their shacks in a South African township.

George is married to Daniellia and they have two children. George is involved in ministry because he has a passion to see people's lives transformed and equipped with the Word of God so that each one is able to fulfil their calling in the Kingdom of God. He has studied at the His People Bible Institute and also created and developed an online Bible School for the ministry, while regularly lecturing on various subjects.
